Role Overview:
Our continual growth means we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic finance professional who is experienced in owning financial management and ready to take on the challenge of autonomously managing for our APAC region.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring credit control, forecasting and reporting is completed with a high attention to detail and aligns with our strategic goals as we continue to grow.
This role is initially a part time position (20-25 hours per week) that allows you some flexibility to work both in the office and from home. Over time we hope that the successful applicant will want to take on additional hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly revenue recognition and cashflow forecasting
- Monitor internal CRM, Hubspot for revenue forecasting based on delivery schedules
- Manage credit control, invoicing and payment collection
- Prepare supplier payment runs for Group authorisation
- Manage monthly overheads posting relevant accruals and prepayments
- Prepare regular reporting and reconciliations for Group Finance team on consolidated results, variances, end of year summaries and audits
- Prepare payroll for authorisation and ensure all tax and returns are lodged with accuracy and on time
- Manage fixed asset register, depreciation and amortisation
- Assist with the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Work alongside the Group Finance team/Financial Controller to meet reporting requirements
Who are we looking for?
- 5-8+ years financial accounting experience in an autonomous position
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in a flexible, team-based environment where you have accountability for individual as well as team deliverables
- Someone who wants to learn about our industry and get involved, where appropriate, in deliverables outside of Finance. This is an opportunity to apply your skills to a new industry and work with a dynamic and high achieving consulting team.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role you must be:
- An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or have Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application.
- Ideally Melbourne based; our office is located in South Yarra otherwise we have remote opportunities available upon discussion.
